Something that you may
want to know is how we are all related. Below is a chart that can
help you figure that out. It's pretty simple to use, as long as you
remember to use a common ancestor to work the chart. If I want to
know how one of Giuseppe's decedents are related to another decedent
of Giuseppe, I would use Giuseppe as the common ancestor. If I want
to know how one of Giuseppe's decedents are related to one of Gaetano's
descendants, I would use Alfonso (b. 1860) as the common ancestor.

To find the relationship of two persons
(we'll call them "A" and "B"), find person "A"
in the row to the right of the Common Ancestor; then find person "B"
in the column below the Common Ancestor. Then, simply follow the column
of person "A" down to the box where it intersects with the
row of person "B". For example, if "A" is a Grandson/Daughter
of the Common Ancestor and "B" is a Great Grandson/Daughter
of the Common Ancestor, the box where their respective column and row
intersect tells us that they are First Cousins, Once Removed.
